At Aurigen Ventures, we are committed to delivering high-quality business consulting, training, and growth services that create real impact. We strive for client satisfaction at every stage. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand the terms applicable to our services.


1. General Policy

As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for time already spent on consultations, training, or project development once services have commenced. However, we recognize the importance of transparency and fairness and have outlined exceptions and eligibility below.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following situations:

  • Training Programs / Workshops:
    • Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the start date.
    • 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 3–6 days of the start date.
    • No refund if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the start date or after the program has started.
  • Consulting & Advisory Services:
    • If you cancel a consulting engagement before the kickoff meeting or strategy session, and no work has commenced, a refund (minus administrative fees) may be considered.
    • Once project execution or strategy development has begun, no refunds will be issued.
  • Subscription-based or Retainer Models:
    • You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice. Services already rendered are non-refundable.
    • Any unused portion of services may be credited towards future engagements, at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized strategy documents, pitch decks, or proprietary tools delivered.
  • Time-based deliverables (e.g., workshops, audits, advisory hours) once completed.
  • Fees paid to third parties on your behalf (e.g., for legal, branding, or financial services).

4. Service Disruption or Non-Delivery

If a service is not delivered due to a fault on our part (e.g., cancellation of a training by us without rescheduling), we will issue a full refund or provide a suitable alternative.


5. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request

All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and we will notify you of the outcome via email.


6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to our Grievance Redressal Officer at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving concerns in a fair and respectful manner.


7. Policy Updates

Aurigen Ventures reserves the right to amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
